Privacy policy

This explains what poba.app collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), or the name and email Google or Apple shares when you sign in with them.
- What you set up: your poba.app accounts' topics, settings, schedules and chats with the assistant.
- Connected social accounts: the account names and ids needed to post for you, and the analytics of the posts poba.app made (views, likes, comments and similar).
- Usage and billing: what was made and posted, your credit balance and its history.
- Technical data: IP address and a session cookie, used to keep you logged in and to protect the service.
Why
To run the service you asked for: plan, make and post your videos, show your analytics, bill credits, keep your account secure, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Service providers that work for us under contract: AI service providers (writing scripts and making pictures, voices and video), a social media posting service (posting to the accounts you connect), a music library, a sign-in provider (for Google and Apple sign-in), an email provider, a hosting provider, and, once online payments open, a payment provider. They get only what is needed for their part and may not use it for anything else.
How long
While your account is open. When you ask us to delete it, we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (such as payment records).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@poba.app. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object or complain to a data protection authority.
Cookies
poba.app uses only the cookies needed to log you in and to complete a Google or Apple sign-in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
