Terms of service

These terms cover your use of poba.app, a service that plans, makes and posts short videos to social media accounts you connect. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need a valid email address, or a Google or Apple account, to sign up. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Your content and your social accounts

You choose the topics, instructions and accounts poba.app works with, and you are responsible for what is posted to your social accounts, including following each platform's rules. You keep the rights to what you give us; you let us use it only to run the service for you. Videos made for you are yours to use. Connecting a social account means you let poba.app post to it for you, through a posting partner; you can disconnect it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use poba.app for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes other people's rights, and don't try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may pause or suspend accounts that do.

Your characters

You can upload photos of people, mascots or creatures to feature as characters. Only upload photos you own or may use, of people who have agreed to appear in your videos; no photos of well-known people or of children without their guardian's consent. We use them only to make your videos and delete them when you delete the character.

Credits and payment

Paid features use prepaid credits at the prices on the Pricing page. Credits are charged as described there, don't expire, and are non-refundable except as set out in the refund policy or where the law requires. When online payments open, they are processed by our payment provider, who may act as the merchant of record.

AI-generated content

Scripts, pictures, voices and videos are made with AI services and can contain mistakes. Review what is posted, or turn on review before posting. We don't promise any number of views, followers or results.

Availability and changes

We work to keep poba.app running but can't promise it is always available or error-free. We may change features, prices or these terms; we will tell you about important changes in the app or by email.

Ending

You can stop using poba.app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, poba.app is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
